Searching, Viewing, and Leasing

Search for an Apartment
- On the 'Availability' , enter your apartment criteria to search for your ideal apartment
- Complete the registration via the 'Contact' page. Enter your details including apartment preferences, dates to view, and any additional information

View & Reserve
- Upon registration, our rental team will contact you within 24 hours to learn more about you and and your ideal apartment
- We'll schedule a time to show the unit(s)
- Once viewed and interested, complete an online credit application

Sign & Prepare to Move!
- Once approved, we'll send the lease and all other docs via email for easy digital signatures and returns. A $250/person security deposit and a $300/person move-in fee will be required upon signing
- Once you sign and pay the fee/deposit, our team will be in regular contact with you to ensure a smooth transition leading up to your lease start date
- Get ready to move in!
